The map located on the “Slip” page will identify available slips with the color green. Please
note, slip location is not guaranteed.

Up to approximately 25 feet in length and a max of 6 feet in height from the boat’s
waterline. Median high tide allows for approximately 5-6 feet of clearance under the railroad
bridge. If you are unsure, please call the marina to discuss options. Please note, most center
console T-tops do not fit under the bridge.

$1,750 for the slip, $500 for Storage. Tax of 6.35% is required for summer slips and storage.
Winter storage is not taxable.

The docks will be in and ready no later than May 1. If you would like to launch your boat
prior to May 1, please contact the marina.

We ask that boats are removed by October 31. If you would like to keep your boat past
October 31, please contact the marina.

There is no additional fee, but there are limited slips available for the offseason. Offseason
slip requests are accommodated based on availability. Please contact the marina.

Boat and/or trailer storage is available for boats up to 40 feet in length and is a flat seasonal
rate of $500, plus tax for summer and no tax required for winter storage. Summer season is
May 1- October 31. Winter season is November 1- April 30.

Full access for you and your guests to the pool, showers/bathrooms, basketball court,
outdoor picknick/dining areas and recreational areas on the Cove Ledge grounds

Yes. Cove Ledge Slip holders receive up to 30% off short term stays. Please contact the
property manager for more information

PMW Marine is a full-service boat mechanic shop specializing in engine and boat repairs and
maintenance. PMW has a location at Cove Ledge to service Cove Ledge and the general public.

The charge for Non slip holders is $20. Slip holders may use the launch anytime within the
season at no charge.

Yes. $20 for 2 hours or $50 for the day. You are welcome to take the Kayak offsite or use
the kayak in the Cove/sound.

13 years of age and older and under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. Active military and first responders receive a 20% discount on all slips and storage.
